★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on your luck, there are some really nice nurses. Same for the staff. English is generally okay as well. Solid choice that you can't go wrong with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wan Fang is my primary healthcare server and has been for 30+ years. My doctors there are quite good, speak English well. I see a GP, a diabetes specialist and a urologist. The latter cured my prorate cancer with radiation several years and is currently treating my bone cancer with chemotherapy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing was a nice volunteer lady who helped me. The rest of the hospital is a mess. Went there. Doctor gave zero advice regarding how to take medication he prescribed. Blood test was needlessly painful and left a huge bruise. Picking up medication was confusing and expensive. Lining up with no social distancing markers and then there is a number system anyway so why did we have to line up? And at the end of the treatment I took all the pills and I’m still ill anyway. Never going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital food. Good care. More expensive than other hospitals I’ve been to. If you’re polite, people are helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had the chance to give "0"I would put" 0". This has been the worst medical experience in my life. Even in my country, which is not as developed as Taiwan I haven't had any unhappy and unsatisfactory experience like the one I had today. The doctor kept on asking very personal questions instead of doing his job. Then he didn't asked me for the medications I had taken before but he just prescribed again the same medication that I have taken and hasn't worked. Furthermore, his behavior was unprofessional, he wasn't empathetic and he seem not to have a lot of knowledge. Basically he blamed me for my health condition and said I need to change my health style, which is something I have done 1 year ago and still I don't have any results. This is again the worst experience ever in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is very efficient. I came here two times and i have always found the help I needed. Very quick admission time and wide range of specialists. All the doctors can speak in English very well. Clean and clear indications inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fine, that’s why I came back to wanfang hospital. But the otolaryngologist Yi-Fang Ding I met this time was the most horrible in my experience. He didn’t let me talk, didn’t explain, and even yelled at me while he couldn’t help: “why do you want to check, it cannot solve the problem”. I was so surprised at his tone/l+attitudes that I was speechless. But he didn’t give me a solution either . I told him I have too much saliva, it damaged my teeth, the saliva tastes so sour like acid. I’m sure it’s not acid from stomach because I didn’t vomit. I was also worried about tonsillitis or throat cancer because recently my throat always hurts, has bad smell, and looks abnormally. He just plainly said the saliva should be in throat, not appear near the teeth or cheeks. So he didn’t help me that problem. Then he checked tonsils and said “it was not really obvious”, so no help again. Then finally he asked “do you have nasal blockage?” I said no. Then he asked if I sneeze, of course yes, then he gave medication for trial without explanation. I only knew that medication is for allergies after talking with a young pharmacist. Btw she was so nice, saving me from the anger at that doctor. But still, I will never come back to Wanfang hospital again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. I have had a lot of pain in my abdomen for three continuous weeks. Before going to ER, I went to three clinics, and the doctors told me that if the pain was too severe, I should go to the hospital immediately because it could be my appendix. So I did. I went to the hospital twice, and no one could tell me why I feel much pain. The last doctor told me I was too emotional and that the pain was subjective. How can you say that to a patient?! Also, he didn’t want to take an ultrasound or a tomography because I didn't have a fever, and cause I wasn't dying. I’m so disappointed.
