★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to eat traditional Taiwanese dumpling. This restaurant has been in Taipei for decades, the dumplings fillings are traditional taiwanese taste (a bit more sweet than salty), the dumpling skins are thick and bouncy in the mouth, but not too chewy. In popular times of the year (e.g. typhoon seaons), the demands for frozen dumplings are so high that customers need to wait up to a week to get their hands on one.

Everyone I have brought here has loved the place. Would recommend the tomato beef noodle soup + dumplings, but every dish on the menu is great and really really filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only have one dumpling flavor, pork and chives, and it’s good. I also ordered spice sour soup, which has many ingredients and I love it, but the spice and sour taste could be stronger.
