★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you'd expect from a fine dining experience, except a bit too fast.
I understand that the constant servicing from the staff is supposed to have the effect that we are being pampered, but unfortunately it has the side effect of making the experience a bit obtrusive.
The food was excellent, the presentation a bit contrived but some would enjoy that as well. I didn't have a chance to sample the wine selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible steak - like eating bull meat... Absolutely a waste of money as the mushroom soup was watery - hence no flavor while the steak was by far the worst cut of beef I've ever eaten. Honestly, the ribeye had no flavor and filled with tendons. I paid over 2,000NT and the entire meal was garbage. Cheese cake had zero flavor as well. I highly recommend skipping this poor quality restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main dish is loin of pork that is so tender and juicy. It tastes so chewy and sweet. The service is perfect as the company's reputation. Nothing to complain. I will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, well-plated foods and clean, calm, peaceful atmosphere. Staffs are very nice and kind. They also offer you a free picture service which is great for making a memory with your family, lover, or friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly disappointed with their "steaks". Please don't come here for the steak. I came here to enjoy high-end steak but I was misled by its relatively high price tag and online ratings. This is the most disgusting steak I've ever had. This 12oz ribeye is less than 1cm thick and was supposed to be medium rare but most of it is closer to medium. But that's because it's so thin lol. It's gross. The typical Taiwanese teppanyaki style steak that costs 10x LESS money tastes better than this. By the end, there's also a pool of blood juice.
Also had the pork which had a strong "porky" taste lol. I don't know how to explain it eloquently but it's not good.
The dessert is horrible too, there's a bad taste to the Mille Crêpe and the cheesecake too. Kind of like "fridge" flavour.
Other than that, (but still not enough to make up for the disgusting food mentioned above), the salads, soups and service were ok.
