★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a Michelin mentioned place that sells slowly cooked pork on rice. It's basically really well done, classic Taiwanese street food. The prices are very affordable , the flavour is great and distinct from other similar Taiwanese places . They have English menu and staff is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and come here for a treat. It surprisingly harder to find a great bow of 滷肉飯, braised fatty mince pork over rice. A seemingly simple dish, yet few master the art.
Wang’s place has got the perfect balance between savory and a hint of sweetness of their braised meat, the fatty gravy goes so well with the short grain rice. Paired with their signature melon soup, again a simple dish of traditional soy sauce pickled melon cooked with lean pork, but nothing gets better than this.
The place is newly furnished which felt slightly commercialize compare to its more rustic and traditional neighbors’ setting, but gives a great entry point for those who want to venture into the world of Taiwan street food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old timey taste and it's very good. Got the luroufan and it's quite good. The famous soup with meat in it is enjoyable although the meat is a little chewy and had some tendon pieces in it. Tofu is nice and salty and the duck egg is a bit hard. Braised napa us also very good and shrimpy tasting. Great meat for very little money. Worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavourful but a bit salty, with tofu is a perfect match. The taste although not special but it’s quite well! The environment is good to compare with the other peers. The staffs are friendly always, Sometimes they are in a daze but it won’t be a point.

Great place to visit in your in the area.
I really liked the "minced pork with mushrooms over rice". The added mushrooms was a nice feature to the dish.
