10:35訂飲料，店員告知什麼時間可送，做好送嗎，我說是，店員說12:00前會送到，11:55打了1次說外送人員先去外送，等等回來會再外送，一直等到12:20分打第2次電話，店員說妳剛不是打過，我說了她已外送了，如果下次點餐有趕時間就要說，妳的訂單前一個還有大筆的訂單，我就說是妳說可以做好送，我也沒要求，是你說12點前送到，整個過程不覺得有抱歉或錯，請問這態度是？？
