現今茶飲店太多,其實只分好喝順口及難喝苦澀!當一家店的茶是好喝時,服務人員展現態度差異會高度影響顧客到店消費意願,而這家店服務是展現出熱忱的。給予推薦! ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ →時隔短短的一個月時間,讓身為熟客的我(也許以後不會是)必須上來反映!雖然不確定是否有效果?因為..也許..要反映的就是店長or加盟主本身....... 話說,4/1愚人節當日晚間九點多,到店時發現門口似乎準備打烊了,想說抱著姑且一試的心態上前詢問,迎接的服務人員(男性、戴眼鏡、短髮近中年)上前詢問,此時心想應該是還有買,但可以感受到服務口氣並非很好,略帶急促且不耐,但想想也還好,因為以往就是如此感受,反正有買到就好!(這裡要說明的是,是這位服務人員如此,至於其他位服務人員才是我給與五星的主因!) 首先點餐,點了兩杯那堤,一杯式蘭葉那堤、一杯茉莉那堤,問了粉粿,然後說要加,結果出餐時,僅有茉莉那堤有加,因為無法確定點餐當下,自己是否有說清楚(但可以確定服務人員沒問也沒重複確認),所以自己態度也委婉地詢問:『蘭葉那堤這杯沒有嗎?』,此時,該名服務人員回覆:『單子明細上有寫!』,挖嗚....令人費解的服務回應....... 以下個人觀感,供參考! 1、若是急著打烊,不想接單,可以委婉告知並致歉,茶飲已經售完! 2、出餐詢問當下,當然知道明細上有寫,您能期望顧客都會去看明細?先不論點餐時雙方誰的問題,但委婉告知點餐時沒聽到,加句:不好意思!很難?一定要以這種方式? 3、自我認知算是熟客,每日都會買兩杯綠茶,是因為買的價格低?被大小眼?但....今日起,確定的是貴店會喪失自己微薄的兩杯綠茶收入! 4、若您真是店長或加盟主,只想告訴您,您店裡的所有職員服務的態度都比您好上不少,也令人納悶的是,店裡的服務態度教育是? 5、最後,也許這微不足道,但請原諒自己必須更改滿意度星等!
