★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天訂購飲料70杯僅15杯蘋果紅茶其餘皆是有料的飲品(波霸/珍珠/芋園)拿到的全部都是細的吸管! 與外送員確認外送員的回覆是 跟他無關他只負責送貨放了就跑,緊急打回店內都是通話中! 出貨前都完全不需要確認嗎????最後被主管詢問現在同仁怎麼喝付了錢拿到的飲料感受超級超級差, 然後波霸不是沒有熟透就是硬掉了

The rest are drinks with ingredients (boba / pearl / taro garden) I was in charge of the delivery and ran away, and the emergency call back to the store was always on the phone! Do you not need to confirm at all before shipping???? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然說點的是溫飲,會保留一些空間防止蒸氣,但這個量是不是有點太少了?如果溫飲是用蒸氣打熱,是否也得要將技術處理好,別讓整杯飲料滿滿都是泡,這可能就是導致這個量的原因(這只是猜測)。通常點溫熱飲,許多店家會戳洞黏膠帶,建議可以思考看看這樣是不是比較合理一點!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浪費我的時間,熊貓點了自取,附近閒晃到時間快到去拿,結果去冰的都有冰塊,甘蔗清的理由是以為是外送,外送到了冰塊就融化,完全沒有做錯的意思,另一杯紅豆鮮奶粉粿備註不要冰塊,說這是固定冰,而且他們沒有在看備註,然後要我跟熊貓申請退款說馬上就會退,然後居然要我在現場等到熊貓退款,等了一下我說請問我要等多久?熊貓寫24時內回覆也,他才說那他們就回收商品,熊貓會退款給我的,我覺得做錯飲料,然後要我在現場等熊貓退款,真的是很扯的處理,而且對於甘蔗青有很多冰塊他們完全是理直氣壯...,有夠不會做生意,浪費客人好多時間!!!不推(補充:還好沒聽店家的在店裏等,經過半小時多根本還沒退款,要是在店裡根本覺得被當白癡耍)
補充1:有監視器很好!!!明明都在睜眼說瞎話,說話反反覆覆,最後明明是我主動提出來我不知道要等到何時,是不是把發票袋子全部給你們,我就可以走了,你們還說對,還跟我確認發票在哪裡?

下次大家遇到一樣狀態的話,記得,東西拿了走人,再自己找熊貓反應即可,就不會受氣又浪費時間,我都刷卡了,東西就是我買的我的,憑什麼要我留著,這個店家真的很有問題!!!
補充2:從三點多自取有問題,店家說熊貓會馬上退款,到熊貓真正退款時間是19:29,歷經四個小時多!
補充3:反應至萬波總公司,督導打給我,說只有外送的去冰才會有放一點冰塊保冰,自取跟現場顧客都不會有,才是正確,並非店家所說外送自取都會留冰塊
補充4:照片是唯一一張,因為店家扣留我花錢買的飲料,只能隨便拍一下(順便說說,我可以接受紅豆粉粿是固定冰,但是不能接受寫了備註被當白癡),店家現場直接回我:我們沒在看備註的!
別家遇到備註跟店內做法有衝突都會打電話問,而不是看到當作沒看到
