本身是「怕癢體質」 一開始其實有點緊張
不過老師藉由力道的調控和重複手勢讓身體習慣
過程中並沒有覺得癢或不舒服
老師先用手傳達石頭的熱度
等石頭稍微降溫後再用石頭搭配手進行腹部的按摩
石頭碰觸帶來的熱度很暖很舒服
再搭配精油的香氣
很快就放鬆到昏昏欲睡
而且按摩腹部可以達到放鬆肩頸的效果
實在是人體肌肉結構的奧妙啊~
