★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玩偶送洗沒先告知客人會在玩偶身上寫名字，收到時傻眼，店員表示是怕工廠搞混，後來才知道不只玩偶，連床組也是會被寫上名字，因玩偶不是自己的，所以當下有反應不能接受這件事，店家有協助處理送回工廠把筆漬洗掉，不太能接受的是為什麼店家都沒有事先告知，而且覺得寫上名字似乎是很合理的，洗了這麼多家，還第一次遇到被寫上名字的，3顆星是給店員有處理後續的，希望之後能先主動告知客人，當初如果有先說，我也不會拿去洗了
