費用偏高 鞋子乾淨度普普 服務態度部分 去送洗時的先生普通偏差 去拿的時候的先生服務態度較好故給2星 相較之下便宜一點的店也能洗這樣的程度 建議沒有太髒的可以送洗 真的太髒的也洗沒有到很乾淨的感覺 個人感覺僅供參考 店面乾淨整潔 希望可以更熱情一點 熱衷一點 至少不會洗了普普服務普普的感覺 至少後面的先生服務還不錯 沒有心情太差

12/6第一次拿鞋來讓他們洗 三天後12/9取鞋的時候走到店門口打開袋子看了一下鞋發現鞋子嚴重染色和褪色 取鞋時店家第一時間並沒有主動告知(這已經是不誠實的行為了),而是我自己發現告知店家後 員工要我把鞋子留下來 他們要詢問店長請他回電給我,晚點接到回電得到的答案是鞋子本身的問題 他們也有把染色到的部份盡量做過處理了,他們要退我洗鞋的錢,我心裡想說算了自認倒楣 不想計較追究,一直到12/13我去把鞋子拿回家(取鞋的時候店家與我雙方都沒有在現場檢查鞋子)後就直接放置鞋櫃裡,直到12/15早上 我再把鞋子拿出來打算拿去處理被染色與褪色的地方 才發現 鞋子內後腳跟的地方 皮整個嚴重脫落甚至脆化,拿回店家詢問 員工一樣回答說再請店長回電給我,店長回電給我的答案是 他們可以幫我把鞋拿去給他們認識的修鞋師父黏 但沒辦法恢復原來的樣子,我拒絕 因為 我要的是恢復原來送洗前的樣子 而不是硬把皮黏上,同一天 我拿著鞋子直接到Dior專櫃詢問可否維修 專櫃回答無法,我再拿去給另一家專業洗鞋處理染色的店家詢問,他們看到鞋子第一眼就說這是洗鞋處理不當造成的染色褪色,後腳跟皮脫落脆化是因為(洗了乾)要處理鞋子染色的藥劑去造成皮脫落脆化,但 洗了乾 員工 店長 沒有一個人願意承認是自己的失誤,先是推說是鞋子的問題再來又說我去取鞋的時候沒有在現場檢查 他們交給我的時候鞋子只有褪色染色 後腳跟部份是好的,再來又說鞋子穿了這麼久了難免也是有問題有狀況了 很難說洗了不會有損壞,但是 以上這些問題 在洗鞋前你們都有做檢查 做判斷 確定可以沒問題 你們才收鞋 打單 開收據的啊,怎麼遇到問題後 就全部都推給了消費者鞋子本身有問題 ,最後 他們也只給了2000元賠償(我打從心裡無法接受這個賠償,完全是因為不想再跟他們計較了)還厚臉皮的打電話給我要跟我要鞋子的保卡,說我是把鞋子賣給他們了所以要跟我要保卡,(腦袋有問題嗎?我今天是因為鞋子被洗壞了你們賠償我 不是我要賣鞋子),其實 打了這麼長一段,我只想說 不是賠償多寡的問題,而是身為一家洗鞋店 本應該要有你們該有的專業知識和技術,而不是一昧的推託問題不承認,當我們消費者都是第一次送洗鞋子嗎?同一雙鞋子拿去其他地方洗了無數次都沒問題 ,給你們洗第一次就被洗壞 ,在此奉勸大家 若要拿鞋給他們洗請一定要三思 這是一家專業知識與技術還有處理問題的態度非常糟糕的店家
