狀況說明: 2021/09/14 因手錶無法運轉傍晚前來維修,老闆說明了可能需要更換機芯等專業術語,而錶面層因沒有零件無法開啟,所以當下先判斷更換了電池及防水圈後,正常運轉離開。老闆注意到錶帶固定皮革已斷裂,老闆貼心地提供橡皮筋協助固定,戴上手錶離開。 第一晚維修經驗良好,當天晚上約三小時後,手錶無法運轉隔天二度前來店內確認。 2021/09/15 再次確認錶況後,依照昨天判斷經驗,老闆直接表明目前狀況無法處置,需要更換零件等待叫貨,但不確定有沒有貨,過程持續說服能戴就戴,當下感受是沒有意願再協助維修。 老闆再次打開了錶蓋,表示確定沒辦法維修,鎖上背蓋歸還手錶,說明種種問題等等。 在老闆說明同時,仔細端詳即將淘汰的手錶,發現是錶面短秒針卡住分針,致使無法運轉,稍作搖晃移開秒針即可。老闆表情看似相當尷尬,可能是沒有想到是如此單純的問題。 既然問題解決,當下戴上手錶準備離去,手腕突然出現刺痛感,卸下手錶發現背蓋出現一道刮痕,是前晚未出現的凹凸尖銳感,是無法在手腕戴超過一秒的不適感。 當下與老闆表示前一晚維修回去並沒有這個感覺,甚至在維修之前戴了好幾年都沒有這不適感,並沒有直接懷疑是老闆所為,只是想請問這問題是不是剛才刮到的。 老闆明顯緊張地解釋,他從來沒有發生這情況過,他不可能會這樣,不是他的問題,是我之前維修留下的。同時說,但是我可以幫你解決啦,開始協助拋光、加工磨平、等等複雜手續。同時持續說服這完全不是他的問題。 以下照片為處置後的狀況。 維修感受: 1、老闆對於名錶或許有一定專業度,但對於一般手錶感受到興趣缺缺的維修態度。 2、並未發現秒針卡住分針簡易狀況,細心度令我感到疑惑。 3、尚未釐清問題就將刮傷的過失推給其他人。記得三年前更換電池,也是在網路搜尋後選擇「十點九分鐘錶」,但老闆可能忘記,所以將問題推卸給三年前的自己。 以上是男老闆處置,經過此次經驗,除非未來購買高價位手錶,不然應該不會再見面,但高價位手錶可能也不會放心交給此店家。 --------以下為12/21更新-------- 2021/12/21 在此回應業主回應: 1.「事隔三個月才撰寫評論」 — 第一、每個人都有自己生活,不是每個人都習慣消費完馬上寫評論。 第二、個人習慣整理照片時,再二次梳理當時店內消費經驗及感受整理成文字,提供完整事件紀錄的評論,個人認為這才有助於提供消費者參考。 2.「自打嘴巴,並非在該店的照片/部分維修,告知錶況」- 第一、是的,這是我回到家後拍下的照片,重點是後面的刮痕也跟著我回家。 請問一般來說,消費者會將期待維修後持續跟隨自己生活的手錶,回家後特地找尋比錶蓋還硬的工具刮了深深一痕,然後推給店家?先不論找尋這工具的困難度,還是說我不能在家裡拍照呢? 當下在店內跟您提出那道刮痕疑問時,您的反應是緊張,慌張,說著:「這是上個師傅留下的問題,你非常專業是不會有這種差錯的,這次不會跟我收費,可以免費幫我處理。」非常用心使用相當多的工序,甚至搬出拋光機協助處理那道刮痕,我心裡很是感謝。 那道刮痕是鐵塊被硬物刮過後,兩側凸起的尖銳痕跡。一碰到皮膚,就會刮傷的明顯痛感,如果是上個師傅留下,距離上次維修大概兩三年,我還能戴到錶針無法運轉前來維修? 另外店主說自己是非常專業的師傅,那開錶蓋時,開第一次沒注意到明顯的刮痕,可以說是大意沒發現;第二次開還是沒發現,並立即將責任推給前一位維修師傅,這專業度是否適合使用自打嘴巴這詞呢? 第二、店家告知錶況,個人選擇部分維修。前文中有寫,一切都在雙方合理的消費過程,文中也並未針對消費過程提出批評。 3.「開蓋工具多貴?」 我想一定很貴,畢竟開蓋之前之後,手錶多送了一道痕跡。如果昂貴的工具不會造成損壞,那會不會是操作者的問題,這我不得而知。 4.老闆誠實告知裱況,我也判斷選擇更換電池及防水圈,也負擔了相對的金額,不知道現在討論的重點,跟償還電池10倍金額價格的關聯是什麼。 此次的評論及留言,個人以消費者角度陳述了消費過程完整感受及事實,甚至連您提供的橡皮筋,也有說明店家細心的地方;而店家並未先行理解消費者需求及問題,只為保有完美評價,不顧消費者感受只為捍衛自身聲譽而使用反彈極大的文字反擊消費者,我不甚理解。 此次經驗,我如果只為情緒發洩留下虛假評論,惡意拉低評價,大可給一顆星,並且不需詳細描述交代整起消費經過,更不會選擇給予兩顆星評價。(經過店主的回應後,是該給予一顆星。) 對於昂貴的錶件,我認為信譽及專業都是消費者主要考量的重點,所以我花時間留下文字記錄給其他消費者參考。店主的文字回應,我想也可以提供給消費者參考,不知是否只有要負面的回饋,店家就會先推卸責任,並使用激進的方式跟消費者溝通呢? 如果店家期待繼續溝通討論,我會持續更新修正評論內容,謝謝。

My Rolex Submariner was always late after 5 hours I need to shake and I hear whirling noise in the last 2 years get it repaired in NY and being charged for $260 for cleaning and whirling noise doesn't go away. Just after 2 months watch running late again and after 7 hours stop working ....I keep it like that for about almost 2 years. Last week when I visited Taiwan I have little time to get my watch to look after and I Google it and stumble on this watchmaker Sifu. He listen to the ticking and whirling noise he said the automation doesn't work properly he said. And I asked can he fixed it that day because I have to go back to NY the next day. He said come back at 9pm and should be fixed and he charge me as much as the watchmaker in NY who apparently ripped me off by just dusting and grease it. This Watchmaker show me the video of my watch being dismantled in pieces and now whirling noise is gone and my watch back to original health (lasted 2 days over 30 sec shake) This Watchmaker show me all serial number in front of me before he started the repair to make sure no swapping parts very diligent and honest gentleman hands down. After repair he shows me again all the serial number in front of me one last time. Priceless. Thank you again

i went because of good review but before that i called for about how much it will cost to fix the watch but they never want to tell me an approximate price no matter how i ask, finally when i went to the shop, the guy screw the crown and listened for a few seconds, without opening the watch, he said 7,500 taiwan dollars. the mainspring of the watch is broken. so i left. while i was walking back i googled the price of omega mainspring caliber 1120 and the most expensive genuine or original you can order online is about $88 US including shipping and this guy wants $250 US including his labor. don't waste your time.
