★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間店的李小姐很可愛服務很好，每次都很親切幫我找我我想要的東西，有次我忘記我用那一牌和顏色，跟她描述一下，她就把所有類似商品 不厭其煩的都幫我介紹並適試用，真的很感謝。雖然有時候發生價格對應不上，但她的服務態度好，已經覆蓋過那個價格問題的小不悅 ?
看到下面一則留言，在正確的工作地點評論還把人家本名都打上來，這不是個資外洩了嗎，好過份~有誤會可以跟他們反應，而且我看評論只有這一則，是假帳號嗎？ ?
希望李小妹不要受傷，繼續妳的服務熱忱，我們這群媽媽都很喜歡妳，加油~
The lady in this shop is very cute and the service is very good. She kindly helps me find what I want every time. Once I forgot which brand and color I used, describe to her, she put all similar products I’m really grateful for everyone who took the trouble to introduce me and try it out. Although sometimes the price does not match, her service attitude is good, and she has covered the little unhappy of the price problem ?
I saw the following message, commenting on the correct work place and typing up the person’s real name. Isn’t this a leak of information? It’s too much~ You can respond to them if you have a misunderstanding, and I think the only comment is a fake account. ? ?

有耐心幫忙查優恵, 也會提醒折扣.

今日前往消費，兩周前就結束的折價活動，優惠的條碼還留在架上，結帳時消費者對金額產生疑惑進而詢問，僅說這是兩週前的活動，未道歉也未解釋，態度十分高傲，服務業這樣做真的是令人對店家產生非常差的印象！！！
不得不說康是美的店員素質比屈臣氏好超級多！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛爆 排隊憑簡訊來換東西男店員還叫我在旁邊等到全部的人都結完才處理 然後重點還一問三不知 簡訊寫的很清楚了還在那邊沒條碼不能用 浪費別人的時間真的讓人很火大 最後等了十分鐘才跑來跟我說商品送完…….難怪評價這麼低 就算離家近也不會再來了ㄏㄏ！
