今天到屈臣氏德行西路,有兩位客服人員Kylie跟主任Joyce推薦我很多很好用的保健食品跟優惠及實用還介紹銀行優惠,幫我省了很多,這是我見過所有屈臣氏最熱心最棒的服務人員,有這麼棒的他們下次一定會再來光顧!

9/26到店買了一條護髮霜,結帳時店員拿了一包試用包刷了條碼,之後只給了我發票跟找零,明細呢?越想越不對回頭要明細,店員說只買一樣不會有明細,這就奇怪了!之前不管買一樣還是一百樣都會有明細的啊!之後濃妝店員開始推託說要明細要把資料調出來很麻煩,回家掃QR code 看明細才發現裡面確實有贈品,那請問贈品的去處呢?拿去銷盤虧還是店員自用?
