每次進去購買東西都很有壓力,看個醫美產品一直過來導向我買屈臣氏自家產品,不管看什麼(保健食品、保養品)都一直跟在你身後,深怕你沒有買他們家的產品!然後還會一直給你購物籃,裡面放了一張QR Code,也不知道是有業績壓力還是怎樣的,再來到了結帳櫃檯,看你買不是他們家的就開始又一直推銷,推銷沒成功,又開始問你加購,都拒絕店員還會臭臉態度差?總之沒有必須跟緊急狀況絕對不會去的地方! 寧可跑遠一點點的分店

晚間八點半左右等結帳時,聽到左邊櫃員與3_4位外勞詢問是否辦卡事誼,問完後應該是因為要幫其中一位填寫資料詢問出生日期,我”簡述”他們”大致”內容的意思 櫃:出生日是西元?…… 客:?...(她們不懂櫃員意思) 櫃:生日,西元不知道嗎?西元 哇。。我真替那些外勞火,若他們跟你講越南話的話你就聽的懂嗎?真覺得很不尊重客人 雖然櫃員沒不客氣問,但她也沒笑容對客人,也沒很耐心,她制服跟別人不同我想應該有一定職位的人吧... 換我結帳時,右邊櫃員也剛好碰上外勞,她詢問是否辦會員卡,外勞不懂,而這位櫃員就用英文跟人家解釋 同樣櫃員,為何態度差這麼多? 此次狀況雖然不關我的事,但真的很好奇這就是以客為尊的屈臣氏嗎?客人沒對你不敬,只因為是外勞嗎?不是韓國日本歐美其他國家的人們嗎?。。 個人行為真的不要壞了整間店的名聲
