晚上到店裡消費,店員服務超差,結帳時還在聊天說前位客人的壞話,問有沒有來店禮時態度很敷衍直接說沒有,查到網路上是有的,問她才改說是送完了,還在看加價購商品時,還一整個不耐煩,一直說後面有客人,明明後面的客人前1秒才剛到,還有我們買了很多東西她應該要給我們的個點數他只給了一點,出去發現後進來換他還裝傻,直到我說看監視器他才給我點數,真傻眼。

十點多進店消費,主動掃了QR CODE ,櫃檯人員也許沒發現,態度沒很好的問實聯製掃了嗎? 出示手機畫面,詢問是否需要檢視,櫃檯人員沒有多加回應,調頭離開,當下已感態度不良。 後續詢問能否協助介紹資生堂唇膏(沒有看到專櫃小姐在現場,後續才知道未到上班時間),櫃檯人員請另一位服務人員處理,服務人員態度更差,口罩更是戴的露出鼻孔(防疫期間),服務人員表示專櫃不會這麼早來(還小翻白眼),表示你要什麼跟我說?我說(那沒關係,不用了!我再看看)服務人員就開始說專櫃不會這麼早來,他們下午才會上班,是我們店比較早營業……以上口氣皆不好……。 結帳時,我真的覺得就直說反應吧! 於是我告知櫃檯人員(你們以前人員服務態度比較好。)也許我直說,所以櫃檯人員回應我(呃。。。以前嗎?喔。。。沒有她的講話口氣本來就是這樣!) 好吧!首次沒有五顆星就送給你們了,希望有機會再到大雅店,態度可以不用優良,至少不要像很厭倦工作的煩躁口氣對待顧客。 今天遇到兩位工作人員態度都不佳,我真的是開心的想購物,有點傻眼加受氣的離開……

價錢跟上面貼的完全不一樣== 去結帳時直接貴到懷疑人生… 跟店員說了 她一副理所當然的回覆我說 原價就是那樣== 那價錢可以不要亂貼嗎⋯⋯ 根本是在謊報價錢吧.. 無語了? 還有,拿折價卷給她 跟我說除了今天不能用 其他天都可以 請問這是正常的嗎?! 不懂這是什麼邏輯
