今日給一位有長染髮的店員結帳,購買內容是4個衛生棉和2個化妝棉,結帳時已有表明要買袋子,但結帳的這位店員告知有買衛生棉會有紙袋,於是就沒有再另外購買提袋。 天曉得在裝袋時這位店員只拿了最小的袋子裝了衛生棉,另外兩包化妝棉就置於桌上,另外一位店員看了這舉動就告知那位結帳的店員放在一起即可。 結果這位結帳的就開始當著客人面跟另一位同事說起大道理,說有其他客人就是刻意買一小包衛生棉然後要裝其他很多不是衛生棉的東西,所以他都不給衛生棉以外的東西袋子,OK啊!我可以接受這點,但以下三點是??? 1. 結帳時我就已表明要購買購物袋,是貴店員主動告知有紙袋,既然如此,為什麼事後還要當著客人的面廢話一堆?而且我還有2/3的購物品項是衛生棉,那一兩塊的袋子我是會買不起嗎? 2. 如果是其他客人有那些故意的舉動,那應該是對那些客人嚴格限制啊,難不成是欺善怕惡嗎? 3. 我們這些照規矩甚至主動要購買袋子的客人有需要接受你自以為是地在櫃檯碎碎念給我聽嗎? 個人認為實在太離譜太自以為是,希望貴店能加強員工訓練,免得造成顧客有不滿的購物體驗。
