★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度極差，再也不會光顧屈臣氏了。要付錢的時候我將信用卡插入讀卡機，店員很兇的質問「你在幹嘛」，然後把信用卡搶過來之後拿去感應。接著就問我說，「這張信用卡是你的嗎？」

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 員工素質真差，結帳期間臉色就臭臭的，後來我錯在先沒注意到購買的商品沒加1元多1件，結帳完隨即要退換貨，問了曾姓店員，臉色表情極差說只能退換比此商品價高的東西，我只好退貨不換，全省這麼多分店寧願再去別間小屈消費就好啦！！態度差，思想不變通的店員也只會讓此店失去客源。ps. 隔壁就是康是美，我要買的商品反而買1送1，店員也親切.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週日晚上消費，因為結完帳後發現未符合銀行滿額折扣資格，希望可以退刷，調整加購再重刷，店員回覆覺得「很麻煩」，作罷。再也不會到這間屈臣氏消費。
