今日購買隱眼時,剛好看到888$送100$折價券,結帳完後發現沒有這張,一問店員才得知保養液不列入,我口氣很好的問店員說我能把保養液退掉,我另外再購買一副隱眼,此時結帳人員突然白眼還不止一次口氣還很不耐煩,在這期間約等了5分鐘左右才開始幫我退,然後也很不耐煩的口氣跟我說我可以去拿商品,我到櫃台給店員,感覺她就是嫌麻煩,我是說我願意等沒關係,她就請另一位出來幫我退刷,再來就是這位人員態度一樣差,非常不耐煩,還詢問我說要不要把金額補齊就好,可是我要購入的商品就只有這些,就跟人員說不好意思我沒有什麼要買的,這時有等了一陣子才開始幫我處理,整個結帳過程讓我覺得很不舒服。一開始我沒問清楚就結帳是我不對,如果不願意退刷直接說,為什麼要白眼加不耐煩口氣差?
