4/20下午14:50左右,櫃檯女店員態度傲慢、口氣不佳,講話時眼睛也不會看著對方,只是大喊:刷卡還是現金?臨櫃有一名顧客結帳ing ,第二順位的我沒有意識到是跟我說話,畢竟她連頭都沒有抬。直到她喊第三次我才發現是跟我說,一番對話後要我去自助結帳機,喊了男店員來幫忙結帳,要我去結帳機。 我想2位當時的OS應該覺得我是奧客為什麼不自己去操作自助結帳,硬是要等候排隊。 因為印象中需要載具是要在臨櫃結帳,所以我才排隊,可惜2位都沒有問清楚顧客需求(只有前面大喊:刷卡還是現金?) 我也以為貴店的結帳機系統升級,可以使用載具,所以配合男店員移到結帳機,結果一波操作後我要載具才尷尬的說這邊無法使用。 2位一句抱歉都沒有,繼續用不以為然的態度結帳,說真的這樣的消費模式本來就不需要什麼以客為尊那種浮誇服務,我買我需要的東西、付錢、離開,你們工作內容為提供適當的協助(結帳等),顧客與店員彼此做到人跟人之間最基本的尊重就可以。 也許2位有其他優點,但當天卻把最不好的一面發揮的淋漓盡致,讓很少投訴及評論的我,不得不在此長篇大論一番。 消費日期跟時間都屬實,也有登入會員,如果有疑慮主管也可以調閱監視器,因為句句屬實,也不擔心被知道是哪位顧客。 如果可以不給星,1顆都不想給。

Maybe the two have other advantages, but they brought out the worst that day, so I, who rarely complained and commented, had to talk about it at length.
