口氣很差直說信用卡有綁嗎？用信用卡綁就好，刷個載具會造成結帳困擾嗎？
問是否要加購商品，回答不用時，態度就更差?

進去買東西找不到，就詢問店員問櫃位在哪？店員站在原地就一直大聲指示，客人找不到方位時，跑出收銀櫃檯，居然繼續大叫，讓人覺得很無言，如不想告訴客人乾脆不要說，頤指氣使，讓人氣憤！這是服務業的態度嗎？這是屈臣氏教育員工的方式？
