1.信用卡用丟的 2.沒問是不是會員 3.也沒問是否需要加購 4.態度極差 我還反覆檢討是不是自己哪裡得罪到該店員了? 看到評論,果然該店員讓許多消費者不舒服,不是針對我而已,但是我還是充滿問號...... 如果不想做,就趕快離職,而不是讓店裡評價越來越差,這樣對其他店員不公平,有點缺德喔!

2/4櫃檯結人員 [長髮有染色的女生]態度不好! 居然連會員有沒有都沒有問沒有問,就直接結帳,還好我突然提起...我逛了這麼多家沒有像她一樣這種,實在是欠訓練,我的信用卡還是用丟的在感應機上面....??。我看我還是繞遠一點的北大店消費實在,那邊就是5顆星都嫌太少,半夜的服務也很到位,櫃檯不管男生女生都很專業!

一樓的店員顧著聊天,不會主動招呼顧客,繞很久都找不到想買的東西,顧客都已經走近收銀台了還繼續聊天,等到把要買的東西放在櫃檯才心不甘情不願來結帳。 同類型的商品沒放在一起,買了之後才看到有更便宜的,不知道是不是故意讓顧客不方便比價。

新竹屈臣氏南大店有位劉姓女店員的服務態度真的非常的好,除了態度親切、面對客人詢問的問題都能詳細的解說外;結帳的時候還主動告知我今天使用那一家銀行的信用卡可以再有更多的優惠,這是我去過那麼多家屈臣氏消費中,第一個會做到主動告知客人可享有的優惠的員工 …… 如果我是這家店的店長或總公司的人員,我一定會好好的栽培她;因為現在的服務業從業人員真的很難遇到有這種服務態度的員工了。

5/4 晚上8:30的消費 時隔將近兩週,我還是氣到記得非得給負評 晚班兩位女店員非常糟糕 我自己也是服務業,沒有需要妳們卑躬屈膝 但是“一點也沒有俱備客氣、專業“ 當天購買妮維雅有機蘆薈的洗+卸 我很清楚看見架上有插卡消費299即有贈品 只是這個插卡本身沒有註明是什麼贈品 只有圖案的標示(也許是字樣太小) 後來結帳我也忘了這件事 約莫20分後我才返回詢問這件事 結果兩位女店員一問三不知 我真的很納悶這種狀況外是怎樣? 後來A女問了B女 一樣沒有答覆 於是A女自行上樓查看,我也有表示可以帶她去 她說沒關係,結果我在樓下罰站5分鐘後 又來表示找不到? 神奇的是,我上樓才發現原本的插卡不見了! 我是同一天購買的,約莫二十分回去就不見? 第一,妳們沒有主動提及該給予的贈品 第二,客人離開之後再返回詢問 插卡居然不見了?那我是不是可以合理懷疑 一開始不讓我跟著上樓,是心虛先撤掉? 最後下樓,原本表示也不清楚優惠的B女 這時候居然就拿出活動目錄,並且告知沒貨了 全程態度都是理直氣壯的表示廠商給很少贈品 一句客套的不好意思都沒有 我自己就是服務業 一句不好意思真的不會委屈吧? 而且當下口氣還是令人不舒服的! 今天無論有沒有貨,妳們是連主動提及都沒有 明明就有活動目錄可以看,也沒有強求妳們牢記 第一是不主動提及告知 第二是一問三不知 第三是不讓消費者一起上樓 而是自己繞一圈,表示沒有插卡 那麼妳不讓我跟上樓的行為,其心可議 才差20分呢!插卡就可以不見! 可能是結帳當下發現,不告知再事後撤下 可能是客人返回後,為了掩蓋疏失而直接裝傻? 而且從頭到尾一直問我贈品是什麼? 哈囉?妳們一問三不知還不夠可笑嗎? 變成要反過來詢問客人? 兩個態度極差、對店內活動狀況外 連目錄表都不肯拿出來,裝傻到底 讓客人站在櫃檯前罰站,事後卻知道要拿目錄表? 請問是在看妳們自導自演? 讓我變成一個為了贈品在斤斤計較似的 搞清楚,今天是妳們態度很差+拖時間不專業 非常爛,我一定還會找管道客訴妳們!
