店員態度極差!在選購商品的時候餘光發現遠處櫃檯有商品沒放好「自己」滑落到地上(外出沐浴組),我本人走向前幫忙撿起來,因為當時櫃台人員站在櫃檯內,對我來說幫忙撿只是舉手之勞,我撿完放回櫃台檯面,那位店員只睜著眼看著我連「謝謝」也不說一聲,到底有沒有禮貌啊!後續問問題回應態度也很差(那位店員外型特徵:綁馬尾 畫濃眉)當時只有她站在櫃檯,希望能多教育員工「基本禮貌」是人之常情,否則只會破壞貴公司的素質。

早班的服務女店員(姓氏5劃很好猜),態度真的很差,擺著臭臉,一副愛理不理的樣子,去了那麼多家屈臣氏態度都很親切,這家店員對客人態度擺了一副晚娘的臉孔,讓人印象深刻,如果服務態度一直不改善,口耳相傳差評是早晚的。

去過大里屈臣氏4、5次,服務的標準真的是差蠻多的,前陣子去買保健商品,介紹的男生隨隨便便介紹 講話大聲 態度也稍微輕浮 在是有點失望, 上星期六晚上去買生活用品跟一些化妝品,當時客人很多排隊也蠻長的,外送平台的聲音也一直在響,原先以為又不會是一次好的購物經驗 幫我結帳的女生一接到我的購物籃就一直道歉說不好意思讓我等那麼久,前後說了三、四次,說得我自己都覺得不好意思了 也很仔細的跟我確認眉筆跟粉底顏色有沒有正確,隱形眼鏡度數也還好有確認才察覺拿錯,後面人山人海但她給我的感覺是沒關係不急,自己本身也是做服務業的,服務好每個客人才是最重要的。 以往結帳跟服務的人都是趕著想把客人打發走感覺實在是很糟糕,這次總算是沒那麼糟糕了,但還是希望每個員工教育訓練不要都不一樣

此間店有兩位員工對客人不是很友善(一位是眼睛小小剪像男生平頭頭髮 戴眼鏡的女性員工,另一位是幾乎是顧2樓 綁馬尾 身材豐腴的女性員工。)讓人感受到非常不舒服.回答客人問題可以不要用那種語氣嗎? 態度讓人覺得很差.說真的...只要每次進去店裡面看到妳們有上班,就不想去消費,但是其他的員工人很親切很好,所以才會給四顆星星,唯獨那兩個員工.......??真的不明白為何在同一間店跟其他員工的態度落差也太大了吧??????

Peggy店員態度散漫,加購詢問有沒有無含氟的牙膏竟然不耐煩說我現在這裡就只有這個(一般牙膏) 結帳說了兩次要刷載具手機拿到他面前 最後還把我發票印出來 我跟他反應他還ㄜ..把發票推給我要我收下 我直接說我要退掉 請同事來還說謊什麼剛剛刷載具但沒跳出來??????根本連刷我手機都沒有???? 一顆星都不想給???有夠誇張
