★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差，剛才去店購物，本人遭到兩位無理的女顧客亂罵，她們自己不往櫃檯走，停下來看商品還指責我插隊，櫃檯兩個女店員杵在那邊裝作沒看見，也不懂幫客人排難解紛或是處理客人情緒，讓客人帶著憤怒的情緒離開屈臣氏，差勁到極點，主管不知道是怎麼教導員工的，覺得給一顆星都嫌太多！以後絕對再也不到這家分店消費了。
The service attitude is poor. I went shopping at the store just now. I was scolded by two unreasonable female customers. They did not go to the counter by themselves. They stopped to look at the products and accused me of jumping in the queue. The two female clerks at the counter pretended not to see it. , I don't know how to help customers resolve disputes or deal with their emotions, and let customers leave Watsons with anger. It's extremely bad. The supervisor doesn't know how to teach the staff. I think it's too much to give one star! I will definitely never shop at this branch again.
