口紅試用品的排放很亂,都找不到對應的色號。 結帳時店員一直推銷新品,進一步詢問想了解跟舊款有什麼差別,店員也說不出來...硬是要推銷比較貴的產品,購物過程感覺很不好。到了結帳時又一直要我加購東西、辦會員卡⋯等等,說不用沒關係謝謝,就擺一個臉色給我看QQ 不知道是不是為了業績在努力,雖然你們很辛苦,但希望可以多為消費者的實際需求著想!

結帳時使用linepay說了兩次我要刷載具,一位戴眼鏡的男店員完全不聽就直接刷了付款的條碼,我再次強調我要刷載具,店員說現在只要刷一次就好,問題是我有自己的記帳app,載具就是必須另外刷才會連動,使用這麼久的行動支付,在各個店家結帳都沒遇過這麼自作主張的店員!!!重點是最後完全一句抱歉都沒有說,理所當然的態度令人火大!態度差,服務也差!

結帳和標示金額不一樣,多了20元,若自己沒有發現就要算自己倒楣 。 重新結帳一次再算,回家發現又錯另一筆,沒打折,回到家也懶得再去了,服務人員也是是我見過屈臣氏裡最糟的,完全不推薦的分店。

4/23中午 加購沒有錯,但可以看一下現場排隊狀況嗎?櫃檯人員感覺結帳速度很慢,似乎不太熟機器操作流程,已經在趕時間,櫃檯人員還在那邊跟上一個人不斷推加購?滿無言的。

想到這間逛跟購物的朋友要三思..留意晚班一個胖胖戴眼鏡的男店員?在今天到這間購物然後要結帳時..我準備拿錢出來接著這胖男店員說有會員嗎?我想對方好意問禮貌性回有然後念電話號碼..不知是對方有耳背的小毛病還是我講話他聽不清楚..在應對時覺得他表情很不耐煩皺眉頭講蛤..我還覆送重複講了三次他才聽到幫我結束結帳的動作!真的很浪費時間..5秒可以結束的事被他搞了變快30秒才搞定..蠻誇張的。。建議貴店找人留意他一下~

The worst Watson's ever experienced in Asia. Service was rude and unhelpful. Bought a fan here which didn't work and tried to get a refund but because there's 3 parts to the receipt and apparently I'm missing one, I couldn't get a refund and had to exchange to something else. Okay, fine follow the terms BUT having me to line up at the back of the line twice when I was the first person at the cashier before there was a line then that's ridiculous. Not even an apology, not even a thank you, not even a bye.
