兩個星期前路過,原本只是好奇、好玩來體驗健身,沒想到卻陷入不可自拔的深淵。在這裏,Neil教練善用每堂課的時間,從基本概念說明、熱身運動帶領、基礎動作示範等,就是要將封印在學員體內那股原始、偉大的力量啟動,讓學員用盡洪荒之力強化訓練,不自覺地愛上健身!另一個值得稱讚?的理由是,這裡多了溫馨感,教練很熱心解惑各種健身方面的問題,甚至利用課外時間解說,這讓我超不好意思。每堂課後都還有一杯免費的奶昔喝,巧克力、草莓、薄荷等口味,(可以給我一杯特調嗎?草薄微微)但我真的不是為了喝奶昔才說好話。相信我,這不是工商服務時間,因為機車龜毛的我,真心推薦。心動不如馬上行動,歡迎一起來當同學。(但不要學我總愛跟教練討價還價。)最後,大家一定想問每堂課的費用吧,哈哈,偏偏不告訴你⋯⋯只能透露跟其他健身房比起來,相對便宜!

Finally, everyone must want to ask about the cost of each class, haha, I won’t tell you... I can only reveal that it is relatively cheap compared to other gyms!

Wen can FITNESS的闆娘及教練都很用心教學員重訓,讓我這個奶奶級的,雖然很吃力,但比起自己在健身房,比較不會運動傷害,小班制也讓人很安心;而且闆娘常贈送彈力帶及健康食品,大推!!
