用餐環境好,擺盤美,價格偏貴,份量不多,味道也蠻普的,這個價格來說覺得可以更好。想吃牛肉麵的話有更好的選擇。

今晚是這個月第四次來用餐了! 今日餐點是:精燉紅燒蔬果豬肉麵、炸蘿蔔糕佐剝皮辣椒醬。 後腿豬肉彈性帶勁、湯頭濃郁卻不失清爽,沒有一般紅燒的醬油味,而是濃濃的蕃茄味伴隨淡淡的紅燒香氣,微酸微鮮,非常好喝!麵條很Q彈,沾附濃郁酸鮮湯頭大口呼嚕吸入口中,滿圓過癮… 外邊常見的是煎蘿蔔糕佐蒜蓉醬油,這裡的是經過搶酥的炸蘿蔔糕,口感很特別,多了酥脆的焦香口感,佐以鹹香微辣的私房剝皮辣椒醬,滿好吃的,蘿蔔糕厚度目測大約9mm,小可惜的是蘿蔔糕若再厚切一些,食材口感應該會更有層次! 附帶一提,六歲的女兒也愛吃這裡的Q彈麵體,麵後再來一支店家的水果冰棒,我想這就是小女孩的日常幸福啦!

烏醋乾麵(65元) 蘿蔔糕(60元) 乾麵的口感還不錯。但烏醋醬汁為甜酸味,品嚐上調味配合不搭 蘿蔔糕表面雖酥脆口感。但嚐到第三片時油膩感稍重,剝皮辣椒醬油沾汁也偏鹹 CP值不高,餐點口味個人覺得還有改進空間,請店家加油! 整體得分61分

環島第四站花蓮,遇見一間裝潢風格像台北東區一樣時尚的牛肉麵館,打破台式傳統圓桌板凳印象,濃雞白湯跟紅燒蔬果湯頭直接味蕾淪陷!完全無法想像老闆居然是個年僅28歲的小帥哥~在這吃牛肉麵都覺得潮~

本來只是太晚了,隨便挑一家有開的店吃晚餐,結果一吃驚為天人!驚人的地方是他的紅燒水果牛肉麵,肉質軟嫩入口即化?湯頭是一種熟悉卻又陌生的味道,熟悉的蔬菜味組成從未喝過的牛肉麵湯頭,讓人在轉瞬間就已看見那碗底的花紋,讓人難以忘卻。 椒香麻醬乾麵,純粹的麻醬融合著微微刺激的花椒,像兩股力量的較勁,不過是一種良性競爭,讓人想一碗接著一碗。 餐具的設計也別有巧思,不同於一般麵店,拿湯匙時不會感覺髒髒的??,筷子也有店家的LOGO,唯一的缺點是吃完有點小餓,價格稍微偏高,但是真的很值得來吃吃看?? ps大家可以試試看把湯放冷了之後會有不同的味道與感受呦?
