給一星的原因:幾年前去過，那一次是一個老頭幫忙結帳，態度極度惡劣。我的手才剛伸出去接錢，他瞬間就放開手，讓錢掉得滿地都是，然後還用咄咄逼人的口氣叫我自己撿起來(有些錢不知道滾到哪裡去，甚至還要在大庭廣眾下趴在地上找……)，真的覺得受到了侮辱。我們也不是要求服務業一定要做到“五星級服務“這種誇張的程度，但是這個老頭店員連對一個人的基本尊重都沒做到，真的覺得這個店員很不OK。

I just stretched out my hand to pick up the money, he immediately let go, letting the money fall all over the floor, and then told me to pick it up with an aggressive tone (some money I don’t know where to go, even if it’s still there. The public lay down on the ground looking for...), really felt insulted. We are not asking the service industry to achieve such an exaggeration as "five-star service", but this old clerk failed to even show basic respect for a person. I really feel that this clerk is not OK.
