孩子容易有安全感，在這讀書也快樂。。。
近來發現嚴重事，一位女教師常常【情緒化】處理事情，很糟糕。。。只要是人，都應當有情緒，，當然老師也是有情緒，可是今日身為一位教師，不是更應該有（高EQ）處理事情，，
而這位女老師前幾年身體出狀況，因而開刀腦部，在休養一段長時間（一年），後再回學校教書，，，，
身為老師業務壓力可能大，，但是不應該用【情緒】處理。
學校是否也能安排【情緒管理課程】讓老師們去上上課，發洩情緒，而不是將情緒帶到學校。

如果哪天發生什麼事，請問這2位能做些什麼？？所以學校管理員的”定義”是什麼？？
I didn’t understand and it was the first time I saw that the school should focus on the safety of the students, how come the administrators, 1 male and 1 female, were both elderly, and one had a bad attitude (male) and the other was inconvenient to sit in a wheelchair (female).
If something happens one day, what can these two people do? ? So what is the "definition" of a school administrator? ?
