★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great to finally find a reasonably priced gym in Taiwan. Unfortunately the free weight area is a bit small and dated, but really its not bad for 50nt an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga and dancing classes all starting and finishing in the same time and you need to join 2 month membership. I can't match it with my schedule ;(. I joined gym and swimming pool (30 times within period of 40 days), then wanted to get a swimming teacher....and learned that I need to pay separately for using pool with a teacher...minimum 5 times (can't use hours I bought already). Many issues is really badly planned there. And that's a huge pity that there is no squash court available. Nice little gym, not bad swimming pool area (just don't understand why is there separated Jacuzzi for man and woman, that's not 1970 anymore. I would really enjoy time in Jacuzzi with my husband). Very nice lady selling Baozi at the pool entrance :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many rules for the swimming pool. My children can swim better than the old people or the other children standing (doing nothing) in the main pool, but the lifeguards told me they had to go in the baby pool! 50cm deep! How can children 110cm tall swim in this pool? No wonder few children in Taipei can swim very well if this is the attitude of the swimming pool staff. The changing rooms were also dirty and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Very bad experience AND it was more expensive than other pools in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value for the price : 50ntd to use the gym by yourself, you can add to use the swimming pool, and classes are possible for any sports in the center.
The staff don't always speak English, but they are willing to help! Ask a friend to help you the first day maybe, then you will be fine!
It's also open super early and quite late, so it's possible to go before/after work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just need to spend 120 NTD for adult and 80 NTD for child.
There are 3 swimming pools. Adult, kid and baby pool.
There are jaccuzi, sauna, spa, and water massage.
Shower and toilet also available, but remember to bring your own shampoo and soap.
This place offer rent of learning board (for swimming), 200 NTD deposit.
And if you forgot to bring your cap or swimming google, no worries, they sell it here.
The place also accessible friendly.
It was a great visit for us
