Best German restaurant in Taiwan

Regretfully, I have transferred the membership card to Samsung pay, but they don't accept it (although the card number is clearly visible); instead they require the physical card to be presented. The service outdoors is not very good. Also, when buying something from their bakery, they charge 10%, if it is consumed in the restaurant, which is not logical since there is no service for that so perhaps should not be any surcharge. The breads aren't sliced nowadays, due to the virus, but the loafs are exposed on the shelves. In general, we got the impression that we were not welcome, so not a very pleasant experience - in the past it was better.
J	JH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and the way to deal with problem! The poached egg, the yolk almost solid.... Everything so bad, doesn’t deserve a chance to taste. After all , don’t want to take a pic for our drinks and....terrible desserts.

L	Li Ching Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Pork Knuckle and Ribs set. Except main dishes, we had bread, soup, appetizer, latte and desert, but all dishes tasted terrible. Guess what? My friend and I agreed the best item is Potato Wedges. Furthermore, the waiter who took our order gave me the wrong information when I asked the questions about the appetizer and soup. And unbelievable, another waiter served us latte when we were having bread and soup. They are so unprofessional, I think they need to have some more training.

When we were paying for the bread, she warned us to speed up because the bakery was closed. There are always many nice ways of saying hurry up to customers but this clerk chose the worst one to do so. Lack of training on how to react decently to customers.

Advice: don't make all 4 of them very salty, but keep 1 or 2 less salty, that would be great. Unfortunately paulaner beer was out of stock. Overall a good experience. Price for 2 persons: 2500, which included appetizer, soups, beer, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts.
