家人特地去貴公司,辦理網路升級,說要會通知組裝機器的時間,結果家人剛好再忙貴公司打了一通電話沒接到,回撥好幾次就在也無消息,回撥電話客服一直推給其他客服,每天都回撥,客服總是都回應 是其他客服負責,會在請其他客服回覆妳,結果幾天過去了,依然還是沒回應,天天撥電話給貴公司客服,都不處理,這態度,忍耐是有限度的,客服這麼不專業,貴公司也不知道有沒有做員工訓練,毫無專業度可言,永遠就是推給其他客服,真的實在太誇張了,難道沒有一個能真正處理的人嗎?

反應電視訊號出現問題,反映兩天都無法處理,電話詢問客服中心的人員,僅推給工程端,所無法處理,白天聯絡,說隔天處理,隔天白天聯絡,說出理了,但還是未修復,說線路真的問題,但沒有設備可以處理,下午6點,還是說沒有設備,要隔天,因此過了三天,我們體諒工程人員的上下班時間,但是我們都是日間反映,皆無法修護,等到晚上還無法修護,卻還修不好,客服人員說線路真的有問題,但還是要等隔天,再反映說客戶提出一樣的問題,他懂了,但實無法回復我問題,是否可以有更好的回覆或是處理SOP會比較好呢?不然線路修不好一拖很多天,我們也不想一直播客服電話,感謝。

?在梧棲中華路往清水方向的路橋右邊有一棟外觀設計新穎的大樓就是(台湾佳光電訊)的客服中心。 (台湾佳光)的前身為(西海岸有線電視)。本人簽約使用它的有線電視時間已有30年。 自從改换光纖電纜後,電視的訊號更清晰穩定,不會有馬賽克或双影的畫面出現,這一項收視的改進本人要給予肯定。? 萬一收視突然断訊打给客服,除非刮大風下大雨也會視技術人員的調派工作在半天之内修復,而客服小姐也會來電確認收視是否恢復,這種態度也值得嘉許。 唯一令人不解的是如果大面積的收視断訊,客服中心會有電話没人接或通話中的狀况,這種情况會持續很久的時間,難免會引起收視戶的負評。? ?收視户經常可在電視跑馬燈看見(佳光)為提供就業機會满若干人的廠商做免費宣傳也是回饋鄉里的展現。 本人對(佳光)比較有意見的是~為何每次繳費期限未到即來電(好意提醒)催繳?(2022-5·19)
