整體租用經驗很差,從頭到尾問題不斷。 一開始預約了場勘,接電話的小姐態度很差,結果到場勘現場停電,人員也沒通知。 後續預訂了,訂金也付款了,到活動前和接洽的業務討論桌椅的擺放,業務才告知場地被年初的顧客租去使用,場地兩排都放了櫃子,空間完全被縮小,也不提前「主動」告知,到我們詢問才講,毫無專業度可言,之後雖有提供9折作補償,但我們根本也沒得選擇。 活動前一天和業務詢問先到場地放東西,業務同意,結果到現場櫃檯沒有人,完全找不到工作人員,至少等了20分鐘,業務也沒有交待。 到了活動當天,投影機設備有問題,人員完全不會使用,還反問我們怎麼用,大傻眼。 從頭到尾都有問題,最後1顆星給交通方便,其他不予置評。
Overall rental experience was poor with constant problems from start to finish. At the beginning, I made an appointment for a site survey, but the lady who answered the phone had a very bad attitude. As a result, the power was cut off at the site, and the staff did not notify. Subsequent reservations were made, and the deposit was paid. Before the event, I discussed the placement of tables and chairs with the business contacted, and the business informed the venue that it was rented by customers at the beginning of the year. Cabinets were placed in both rows of the venue, and the space was completely reduced. We "actively" informed us in advance, and we didn't say anything until we asked. There was no professionalism at all. After that, we offered a 10% discount as compensation, but we had no choice at all. The day before the event and the business inquired, I went to the venue to put things first, and the business agreed. As a result, there was no one at the on-site counter, and no staff was found at all. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, the business did not explain. On the day of the event, there was a problem with the projector equipment, and the staff did not use it at all, and they asked us how to use it, which was dumbfounded. There are problems from the beginning to the end, the last 1 star is for the convenience of transportation, and the others do not comment.

奉勸大家在付訂金預定場地之後, 一定要時常去他們官網查詢有無新規定, 否則可能會被臨時取消場地, 我昨天整個被氣到連一顆心都不想給, 他們的預定流程, 客服行政, 乃至於高階主管處理危機的態度, 全都令我大開眼界! 竟然還敢問我能否不要公開這間事情! 太離譜! 話說我早在去年11/11就前往這間活動場地場勘, 當天看了很滿意, 就直接在櫃台支付了5000元訂金, 預訂了今年3/26的七號空間場地, 打算做為我們協會台北考場使用! 當時櫃台小姐開給我一張收據, 告訴我, 剩餘尾款1790只要在活動當日結清即可, 這樣就可以了! 在這幾個月的期間, 我都沒有接到任何來自這間機構的郵件和電話, 直到昨晚, 他們工讀生打電話來通知我: 由於今年他們公司有新規定, 必須付清款項才算完成預定, 所以請我盡快結清. 我馬上回答, 沒有問題, 請提供你們公司帳號給我, 我可以立刻轉帳. 結果在大約30分鐘過後, 我又接到那位工讀生的來電, 告訴我, 經她查詢, 由於我去年並未付清款項, 所以我之前預定3/26的那個七號空間場地, 已經被別人在官網付清租走了!!!! 我聽到噩耗之後整個大怒! 我說, 你們當初收我訂金的時候不是這樣說的, 如果有新規定, 為何不先打電話告訴我呢? 結果對方回應: [我們官網都有寫] 我簡直氣炸了說: [誰會在付訂金之後, 會沒事每天去逛你們的官網啊? 我當時連5000元都付了, 你認為我會不願意付剩下的1700嗎? 你們這種行政疏失簡直離譜! 你現在告訴我3/26我訂的場地沒了, 你是要我在活動當天帶著一堆考生和評審去哪裡? 叫你們主管出面來解決問題!] 工讀生被我嚇到之後, 連忙說要詢問主管解決方案, 接著就告訴我, 他們3/26在其他樓層還有一間空教室, 只不過跟我原先預定的那間不太一樣, 晚一點會傳照片來看我能否接受換到那間使用 我告訴她我不接受, 你們收了我的訂金, 也沒有事先跟我確認還要不要這個場地, 然後就把它租給別人, 這是你們的疏失與我何干? 你們怎麼不去跟那位後來訂位的人道歉? 請對方換到其他樓層呢? 接著工讀生就說要把我拉進一個群組, 跟他們主管和老闆直接表達我的訴求! 接下來發生的事情簡直更精彩了!!! 讓我氣到快七竅生煙! 請見對話截圖! (我把他們的名字全都馬賽克已經算是很客氣的處理方式了!) 那位奇葩主管的回話方式和對我的態度, 大概是我近幾年來看過最離譜, 最沒有同理心, 最沒受過專業訓練的主管了! 回復方式冰冷還語帶威脅, 一副就是你要碼接受換到其他樓層, 要碼就拉倒的樣子! 還叫我講話不要情緒化,不然就讓Line機器人回覆我, 言語間就是怪我自己去年不付清款項, 他們公司一點都沒錯! 我簡直無法相信一間大公司是這樣處理失誤與客訴的! 我從晚上七點多, 足足等到十點才換來他們一句道歉! 直到我在慌亂中拜託身邊親友幫忙重新找場地, 告訴對方我要退款, 那位主管才說抱歉, 而且竟然還說, 只要我同意不公開這件事情, 就願意在未來一年內, 讓我免費使用一次他們的教室! 我還真是謝謝你們啊!! 已經放我一次鳥了! 你覺得我還敢去免費使用嗎? 雖然他們今天退款5000元給我了, 但我並不打算原諒他們! 這真是我近期遇到最離譜的公司了! 大家預訂時請務必再三確認他們有無新規定, 給予的收據單據有無效力! 免得辦活動辦到火大!

場地明亮寬敞有質感、設備齊全,所有演講該有的設備都有(投影機、麥克風、投影筆、影印設備、體溫機...),最重要的是就在台北車站旁邊。
