★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sprawling, beautiful workspace with friendly English-speaking staff and fantastic amenities (espresso machine, three taps of local craft beer, and that terrarium tho). perfect location near MRT, shopping, foreign tech offices, and of course Ichiran.
there is, however, one major con for me: the number of desk slots available to visiting members / Global Access. the current cap of ~5 per day (down recently from ~10 it seems) is much lower than what similarly-sized spaces in NYC, Japan, and China offer. the space has never been overcrowded during my visits, so I'm not sure why the desk slots have been so drastically reduced.
to the team: please add more desk slots and you'll have my favorite coworking space in all of Asia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wayne was late and rude. Entire time, he talked like Wework was the only coworking space in Taipei. Do not bother wasting your time and money here. With such poor employees, no wonder WeWork posted $2 billion quarterly loss today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bread feeding room. Come one guys it’s 2022. I thought you all about being inclusive. Not even sure if that’s even legal since Taiwan requires it. I’ve been a user for 6 months now and I’ve to say I’m a little disappointed by the service and overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environmental facilities were supposed to be good, but are currently in disrepair.
Very bad attitude of service and management staff, and there is no intention to solve the problem. Both software and hardware failures continue to occur, but bad attitudes are the fundamental problem.
