微波爐買來就不能用
打電話跟技師約時間送修還給我遲到
真的當別人吃飽撐著等你一個人
然後從送修後半個月完全沒有消息
打給技師跟我說再三四天就修好了
結果也沒有好 也沒有回電 直接裝死
打給他們維修部問進度
也說會再請客服人員跟我聯絡 結果也沒有
每一次都要我主動聯絡
送去這麼久 誰知道你們在做什麼
到底誰敢用
售後服務真的爛

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務爛到爆！！！人員難叫就算了? 管子漏說他們沒有零件叫我叫水電的來修？？？不然現在是怎樣 ？不想修早說嘛 要不是已經買了洗衣機逼不得已真的很想全部換掉?沒遇過這麼爛的維修人員跟售後服務 強烈建議大家不要買會被活活氣死?
Service sucks! ! ! Even if the staff is hard to call ? The pipes are leaking and they say they don't have any parts and ask me to call the water and electricity repairer? ? ? Otherwise how is it now?
