★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以的話真的是連一顆星都不想給，員工素質很差，我已經站在櫃檯將近3分鐘，沒有人要從裡面走出來，都在聊天笑的很大聲，青茶茶味超淡，真是有夠失望，以後不會再去，我們工廠也不會再叫這間
I really don’t even want to give a star if I can. The quality of the staff is very poor. I have been standing at the counter for nearly 3 minutes. No one wants to come out of it. They are all chatting and laughing loudly. The green tea taste is super weak. I’m really disappointed, I won’t go there again, and our factory won’t call this one again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了兩三次，覺得感受真的相當差勁，飲料雖然好喝，但員工速度真的很慢，而且也都在聊天，如果不趕時間的情況下才會購買，況且員工服務態度也是待加強，請問這就是你們所謂的教育訓練嗎？
After buying it two or three times, I feel that the feeling is really bad. Although the drinks are delicious, the employees are really slow and they are all chatting. If they are not in a hurry, they will only buy them. Moreover, the service attitude of the employees needs to be strengthened. Is this what you call education and training?

I ordered 11 cups for delivery and waited for more than an hour, but I didn't receive it and didn't contact me by phone.
