那天去購買，我後面還有一位客人，當時店內有兩位員工，一位點餐完就去忙補貨，一位堅守泡茶的崗位，導致我的飲料早已泡好將近10分鐘，沒人出餐，等下一位客人的飲料泡好了，那位堅守泡茶崗位的員工才到櫃檯一起出餐。
希望貴公司可以稍微調整一下，不要讓客人的飲料放在出餐檯上卻遲遲不給客人。
