★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of my favorite coffee shops in Taipei until today! It was such a great place to do work before. I didn't come for a month and when I arrived today, they had remodeled! I'm so sad. Most of the work-friendly seating is gone. Their only 4 person table for working has no outlet, the lighting is so bright now and they have a HUGE coffee bar taking up most of the space now. I'm not sure why they made this decision. It was such a beautiful space before and a great atmosphere. Coffee and service are still great though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoyed spending some time at this cafe on a sunny afternoon. It’s in a busy little back alleyway surrounded by other places to eat. The coffee I got was strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This neighborhood cafe is a true generalist serving almost all walks of life. Consistently good coffee and friendly for kids, pets, couples in mid-stroll, brief work, pit stops from the heat/cold.
Would like to see more comfortable seats/tables available.

Big, open and stylish environment, plenty seats for smoking outside.
Some sockets for charging your computer!
But they have time limit fir 3 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First coffee in Taipei, and quite good ristretto for only 50 NT$ ($1.70 USD). Clean, bright interior, with large open doors to let in a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The strong coffee aroma is the signature of this shop. You can smell it once you are at the door. The place has lots of vintage deco, and is good for either small group gathering on the sofa, or working on laptops at the tables. Seats are limited, and are usually gone during lunch hours as many offices are near this cafe. Takeout is also very popular here, and they make the coffee only upon ordering. Do expect some waiting at peak hour. Drinking water is free and help-yourself if you opt for dine in. The apple vinegar is also a refreshing drink that is worth a try.
