★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡完全是身為淡水人的福音，沒想到住家附近就有個超級舒服又放鬆的健身環境，我是一個完全沒有運動細胞及健身習慣的人，從來不覺得自己有天會踏入健身房，直到同事介紹下，踏入了這裡，瑪G老師細心教學讓我每次都很享受運動的時光，即使零基礎，但瑪G老師總會細微發現妳的進步，鼓勵妳前進，不斷地努力，身體也會正面回饋給自己，進而讓我慢慢愛上運動的習慣，這邊不僅在設備上適時會更新，音樂也會跟著課堂的律動調整，在味道上更讓人著迷，是個身心靈療癒的好地方?
This is the gospel of being a Danshui person. I did not expect that there is a super comfortable and relaxing fitness environment near my home. I am a person with no exercise cells and fitness habits. I never feel that I will step into the gym someday. My colleague introduced me and stepped into this place. Teacher Ma G's careful teaching made me enjoy the time of exercise every time. Even with zero foundation, Mr. Ma G will always discover your progress in detail and encourage you to move forward and work hard. It will also give back to myself positively, which will make me gradually fall in love with the habit of sports. Not only will the equipment be updated in a timely manner, but the music will also be adjusted to the rhythm of the classroom. It is more fascinating in taste, and it is a physical and spiritual healing. Great place ?

這裡不管是上課氣氛，或是與同學間的相處都十分舒服，讓人沒有隔閡感?
從放鬆瑜伽、皮拉提斯到壺鈴、CrossFit，每項課程都很用心，每次的一小時都是收穫滿滿滿 ♥️

I knew Wild Couple Fitness before I moved to Danshui. I always wanted to experience it, but I didn't expect to be a patron!
Whether it’s the atmosphere of class or getting along with classmates, it’s very comfortable, so there is no sense of separation ?
From relaxation yoga, Pilates to kettlebells, CrossFit, every course is very attentive, and every hour is full of rewards ♥️
The magic of Wild Couple Fitness is: "Although I'm exhausted every time after class, I still look forward to the next class ?"

Once you step into this studio, it's like Mario eating the invincible stars, the dumbbells in the sun will burn up, and you can even run the court with a smile with a 20kg medicine ball (mistakenly).
The couples coach is as good and precise as the class schedule, let your body fat cry out, you may not be able to change your height, but your exercise attitude can determine your *person*
I really like coming here to exercise, and I also like the feeling of exercising with Ye Shi’s husband and wife (+ Ye Bao) and classmates. I highly recommend the brave who love challenges.
