★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為疫情嚴重,北部各縣市都已經升級到第三級警戒。迫不得已只好取消澎湖行程。聯繫了各個飯店,航空公司,包套行程,全都願意配合現況協助旅客全額退費。唯有貴旅店不行。一個不懂體諒的經營者,對我來說我損失一千多,對你來說,你無償賺取這一千多,但一個企業是否能長久經營,從此可知。

帶家人去,以方便為主,升級到自由行專案,2天一萬元,附有接駁。
提供店家要求的船號、航班完成預約程序。
結果到當地沒看到半個人出來接,打電話過去民宿才丟出一家機車行叫我們自己找,然後問「行李機車裝的下嗎」跟他說裝不下,才說晚點派人過去載行李,如果今天是機車載得下那你的意思是叫我們自己載嗎??人自己處理、行李也自己處理,請問接駁是要接什麼東西?
經營民宿很辛苦,也不想平白無故誤會別人,所以回到民宿想找老闆瞭解清楚,結果對方回一句「主要載行李不載人」,不多不少就一句話轉頭準備繼續做他的事。
而且:
1.之前住過你們的民宿,是有人到港口載人、載行李
2.線上訂房系統也沒有標示出接駁「主要載行李不載人」
3.預約接駁的過程中也沒有提出領車的相關資訊,到當地才丟一家出來。
以上這三點完全看不出來你們是不載人的。
最氣的是,事後處理問題的態度讓人覺得隨便又傻眼。
如果大家沒問題,基本上老闆很親切,也可愛。
但是,遇到有問題的,處理態度真的很欠佳。

The above three points cannot be seen at all. You are unmanned.
The most annoying thing is that the attitude of dealing with problems afterwards makes people feel casual and dumbfounded.
If everyone is OK, basically the boss is very kind and cute.
However, when there is a problem, the handling attitude is really poor.

3/3 主動再打給客服人員 她說她忙 現在打單......
