The intersection of historical landmarks and modern new scenic spots. It is about 45 minutes drive from Hengchun city. The mobile phone signal is gradually weakening along the way, but the scene of the end point proves that the bumpy mountain road is worth it. There are parking lots and toilets, and each parking lot has a clear map indicating the summit (although not very high) routes and surrounding facilities, and the commanding point of the Torii Gate also has a sign explaining the origin and subsequent impact of the Peony Society incident, and it also indicates the Peony area. The relative position of the tribe and the conflict point with the Japanese army at that time are necessary notices for those interested in this historical event. In addition, the vantage point is in addition to the torii gate and the shrine. There is also an observation deck to enjoy the beauty of Manchuria and the Pacific Ocean. There are no businesses here. It is recommended that visitors bring simple drinks and snacks and discard the garbage by the parking lot. Mother car can be. In addition, there is a free Wifi iTribe set up by the government, which does not require login and can be used by tourists.

The size of the shrine is small (maybe less than one percent of Taoyuan Shrine), and there is an observation deck next to it for a high view. The view is excellent and you can see the sunrise of Ba Yao Bay and the Pacific Ocean. There are public toilets and shops selling souvenirs such as shrine guards. Beautiful wild peonies bloom every March to May. Below the torii stairs is the Gaoshi Historical Valley Road, which leads to the Gaoshi Assembly Hall (early paddy fields), and the tribes carry the harvested rice to travel between the two places.

Very quiet scenic spot, it takes about 40 minutes from Checheng or Hengchun to Gaoshi. There are not many people in the morning on weekends. From the parking lot, there is a slow staircase to walk to the shrine, and you can overlook the mountains and sea. To plan a tour, the stopover time is about half an hour.
