因為沒有時間約原先習慣的美髮店設計師,所以就來這間(因為以前有來過,也是臨時來剪,不過設計師給人感覺不馬虎很專業,洗頭也不錯)於是今天想說再來剪一下,由於自己也沒有馬上提出,因為實在太累了很想睡,不過回到家中想想和之前來的感覺差了十萬八千里,所以還是決定來評論… 自身也是從事服務業,其實懂那種人多很忙或一個人要接很多組客人的感覺,剪頭髮前詢問要剪什麼樣子,說明了之後,就是按照之前設計師的髮流去做修剪,說完先去洗頭,不洗還好,一洗下去就是不對的開端… 整顆頭在洗髮的過程中,就是感覺被甩來甩去,洗完後面頭髮,整個頭就直接用很快的速度放回,不斷去敲到後腦勺,水溫也沒有詢問客人是否適中,洗完頭之後我衣服的背面領口也濕了,也沒表示什麼。。 開始理髮後,陸陸續續有客人進來,雖然我很想睡覺,過程中一度呈現釣魚狀態,不過我也不是第一次理髮,可以知道設計師是否用心,推頭髮的時候、剪頭髮的時候就像在趕火車,過程中還被設計師的指甲刮到脖子,剪完後有用吹風機吹一下洗頭用濕的衣服領口,但也沒說什麼,最後有用鏡子照一下頭髮的狀況,然後做最後的修剪,不過當下並沒有仔細注意到左右竟然剪出來的長度不同,這是晚上洗澡前仔細看一下才注意到的,我自己的疏忽。。 主要想說如果專業程度不夠,只是想應付客人,趕著接下一個客人,對待客人就像對待練習假人頭一樣(可能對假人頭還比較專業),那你可以不要繼續做了,不是一定要否認你的努力與成就,而是你根本沒有基本對客人的尊重,建議你們好好的重視每一位客人的意見,也好好的看一下每一則評論,不要把評論當空氣,不知道要改善,我是不知道你們開店的本意是什麼,賺錢大家都想,但是一間店連基本態度都沒有,賺錢我看也不用了。 客人百百種,不是每個客人都可以用相同的方式對待,不要覺得自己沒做錯事,因為有時候客人遇到你才是真正錯的事,希望你們可以做好每位設計師的教育訓練,一顆老鼠屎是可以可以毀了一間店的名聲。 對了今天幫我剪頭髮的,我不知道是幾號,只知道他給我看洗頭的介紹時,上面有些寫到8號設計師,不確定是不是,反正你們設計師如果有看評論,有印象的話應該就知道了。 花錢不是大爺,但是要可以感受到誠意和專業度。
