★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue. Went 2 yrs ago couldn't find another hotel within the city... every place booked for the weekend. Valet attendants extremely helpful. They found a place which prevented me from heading back to Taipei. Tried tipping them, but they wouldn't accept. This was 1 of many nice things people did for me. Plan to return to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is a little dated, but very comfortable. Connecting a Chromecast to the TV is not straightforward. The bed is very comfortable, I slept very well every night. Breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of healthy options as well as less healthy but very delicious options. Fresh guava was amazing! Bathroom is very nice especially the shower was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day of work.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and very rich of different foods. So a very nice place to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at that Hotel multiple times and every time, I enjoyed it soo much. The Rose Café with the amazing cookies - it substituted very often my dinner. And the most amazing: the beds and linen are the most amazing I ever experienced. And the number of pillows as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel with great customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The view of the city was amazing from the 21st floor. Great place to spend a weekend.
