Best Restaurant in Taiwan

J	Jason Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost chaotic during weekends, the queue is about an hour for dining period. Ambient is nice and cope with the bookstore; however, the staffs are not elegant at all and yelling/chatting with each other. Unreasonable wait for the meal, and the waiter didn't even care for the delay. The floor manager has no clue on how to manage the team. Pasta and drink tasted okay. Will come again to try out the burger on weekday nights.
D	David Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty tasty burger! Had the guacamole cheese burger with lava cheese. Quite a tall burger that was a bit hard to eat and got really messy but still very very good! One of the better burgers in Taiwan !

With this restaurant and it’s cozy atmosphere you may enjoy your quality time with your loved one and friends no matter what you need with or without alcohol. However, one critical issue I must point out is that customer service personnel have need to be trained to be aware the order of serving dishes per each customer’s demand.

K	Ken Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a Doug's burger the way he recommends it (cheesy lava with a side of onion rings). Overall, the burger was quite delicious. Onion rings were nicely done. Topped off the meal with a Kirin ?. Would definitely come back again.
C	C David Tseng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will NEVER recommend it to anybody. Just got done there and walked out of it. Had THE worst dining experience, like, EVER! Service was bad. Food was bad. Quality and quantity were both bad. They even managed to burn my burger. When I asked for mustard, it took them 10 minutes to bring just half a coffee spoonful of it for my, by that time, cold and burnt burger. Pretty hard to believe it if you consider that 2/3 of the restaurant was empty and there was just 5 tables of people when all of this happened. The place just took a nose dive since the pandemic. So bad a dining experience that I would not even want to give it one star. IMHO, one middle finger would be more appropriate.....
T	The Foodie Architect on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food with attention to details. Service is great and seating are comfortable. Price is a bit high. Desert is the only thing that I’m not so fond of. Instead of fresh fruits, they serve with some can fruits.
E	Evelyn Soto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sea food with noodles was delicious! But the lemon juice was horrible! I was glad they allowed me to return it which was full of bitter taste. The waiters were not enough to provide the better services. They need to hire more waiters, so they don't have to jog in the restaurant. The cashier was kind of rude while he was in rush. About the seat, I was wondering what had happened here, the waiter explained it was for customer's personal items... What was going on here? Definitely they need some help and better management.
