第一次報名教練課,在窩上課很舒服,每做完一個運動教練都會用酒精清潔。Ariel教練人很好,會跟你討論你想要的目標是什麼也會幫你制定課程,訓練上也都講解的很仔細。課外還會跟你說飲食要注意什麼。 目前課程才剛開始,很期待之後身體上的變化:)

友善健身新手、環境舒適乾淨~ 教練跟員工大家都很親切跟專業,生平第一次踏入健身房,原本對一無所知的重訓領域有點害怕,但在Ariel教練清楚、耐心的教導和示範下,對於運動姿勢、飲食都有進一步的認識,長期的駝背逐漸改善,體態也越來越好,目前已邁入4個月,持續努力中?環境讓人自在舒服~推一個:)

窩的空間不大,但可能因為有控制在場內的人數...都不會覺得擁擠。環境設備也很新很乾淨,教練們都認真清潔消毒,所以在疫情嚴重的情況下還是能讓人安心去運動。 我的教練是Rex,講解動作很清楚,也能夠依據我的狀況去調整指令,讓我能夠正確做出訓練的動作。 開始上課一個多月了,身體的素質確實有改善,會想再繼續、持續的上課~

之前自己訓練到了一個瓶頸,再怎麼練重量都不增反減,後來找到這家健身房,跟著Rex教練持續練了一年至今,體態明顯地好了許多,改善了我胸背不平衡的駝背問題,三項的重量也有所突破。 我有上過其他兩家健身房的教練課,相比起來,這裡的教練會更明確地和我討論健身目標和菜單,當我說我哪邊不舒服時,也有足夠的專業來更換動作配合我的限制。 環境雖然偏小,自由重量居多,機械式比較少,不過十分乾淨整潔,莫名地還設有味增湯可以喝(我是還沒用過啦...)。 想要找健身教練的人不妨可以來上上體驗課,教練也很客氣不會像一些連鎖健身房的教練強迫推銷,價格還不透明。

環境舒適乾淨,暖色系燈光會讓心情舒緩。非常重視設備消毒,沒個設備用完都會用酒精消毒重新放上已消毒的牌子。蠻安心的。 教學方面,個人感覺可能要有可量化「目標」與基礎知識的學生,或是遇到瓶頸的中手會比較適合這間的風格。 討厭運動的純新手,就可能會經歷陣痛。 我是好手好腳健檢紅字但討厭運動到不行,身體都是脂肪的類型。只因知道要做阻力訓練才能強化肌力跟骨質以及醫生建議要運動才想說要找教練從頭開始學習。對於健身的理解與知識遜於幼稚園程度。 因為沒有跟教練說「可量化目標」,也沒有學習指標可以對照。上完6堂課我還是不知道自己的課綱是什麼。教練很專業也很有耐心,如果是有基礎知識的學生應該會受益良多。但純超級新手其實還是很茫然自己到底在幹嘛。 因為討厭運動沒相關常識,也鬧了些烏龍。教練教了新的動作,自己隔天回家練習同樣部位,第3天肌肉酸痛到起不了床。 「你既然已經鍛鍊過這個部位,幹嘛隔天還要鍛鍊一樣的地方,教練沒跟你說要休息嗎?」被朋友嗆。 可能因為是常識,教練確實沒跟我說過,也可能是我的身體狀況已經差到行屍走肉程度,超出教練的想像。 大概從第4堂課開始,我陷入上課前抑鬱。上課的前一天會很嚴重情緒低落,上課當天則很想逃避。下完課走出的瞬間,心情才回復正常。 好不容易踏出一步,會努力邁過這個陣痛期,說不定我很快就能轉成適合這間教學風格的學生也說不定。

The understanding and knowledge of fitness is inferior to that of kindergarten. Because there is no "quantifiable goal" with the coach, and there is no learning index to compare with. After 6 classes I still don't know what my syllabus is. The coach is very professional and patient, and students with basic knowledge should benefit a lot. But the pure super novice is still at a loss as to what he is doing. Because I hate sports and have no common sense, I also made some oolongs. The coach taught new movements, and I went home the next day to practice the same parts. On the third day, my muscles were so sore that I couldn't get up. "Since you have already exercised this part, why do you have to exercise the same place the next day, didn't the coach tell you to rest?" Choked by a friend. Maybe because it was common sense, the coach did not tell me, or maybe my physical condition was so bad that I was walking dead, beyond the coach's imagination. From about the 4th class on, I fell into pre-class depression. The day before class will be very depressed, and the day of class will want to escape. The moment I walked out of the class, my mood returned to normal. After finally taking a step, I will work hard to get through this painful period. Maybe I will soon be able to turn into a student who suits this teaching style.
