I wanted to purchase a bicycle from this company, but the owner of this company (his international name is supposedly Samuri Chang) cared more about what kind of bike HE wanted me to ride, than what kind of bike I wanted to ride. It was a really weird experience, since I was about to purchase a bicycle, but the owner kept telling me what it should look like. The frame of the bicycle already existed, but it hasn't been painted, yet. I asked if I could purchase the bike unpainted. I was still willing to pay the full price, and the company would not have to spend money on a paint job. The owner was then willing to sell me the frame, without any parts - but, if I wanted to purchase the frame assembled with parts as well, then the frame had to be painted and equipped with the logos, that the company wanted to include on the frame. Of course, I could have still purchased the complete bicycle and afterwards just remove anything I did not like. The way of thinking of the owner was so appalling, though, that I lost complete interest in the product. I never purchased any products of this company. I don't know if they are good or bad. I only had a really unpleasant interaction with a man, who even kicked me out of a Facebook group, after I told him, that I did not want to purchase his product anymore. This comment is meant to warn other customers, of potential hardship. But maybe, the owner has changed his way of thinking and is nicer to future customers. I hope, whoever reads this will have a better interaction with the company owner. The rest of his employees, seemed to be quite nice, I guess. They did not treat me like this, at least.

I bought a Double Ace frame and a couple of packs from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Samuel is an industry veteran, and their workmanship is top-notch.
