兩位教練各有其專業，重訓或筋膜放鬆都非常棒。比如訓練後，哪個部位不舒服，皆會立即處理，也都會藉由line關心訓練後的情況，很棒！
兩位教練的學理也很強，對筋脈肌肉走向非常了解。
Mario教練會因材施教，選擇適合的訓練方式，不會造成身體的傷害，又能達到重訓的效果，是個非常棒的教練。
Steven教練的魔手更是了得，哪裡酸痛緊繃，皆能處理的好好的，因此有些醫界人士也會找他。
總結，身體健康是自己的，找一個對自己好的地方，儲存健康，為了走更快活的人生。

Both coaches have their own specialties and are great for retraining or fascial relaxation. For example, after training, if any part is uncomfortable, it will be dealt with immediately, and the line will take care of the situation after training, which is great!
The two coaches are also very knowledgeable and have a very good understanding of the tendons and muscles.
Coach Mario will teach students according to their aptitude and choose suitable training methods, which will not cause physical injury, and can achieve the effect of heavy training. He is a very good coach.
Coach Steven's magic hand is even more remarkable, he can handle any pain and tension, so some people in the medical field will come to him.

The equipment is new and perfect and the trainers Mario and Steven are experienced and chatty. I have allergies in my nose and noticed that the air conditioning system has a full heat exchange ventilator. Exercise in a clean air environment, the body feels more comfortable. Matrix treadmills, Cybex, TRX, water resistance rowing machines all work well. Coach Mario also has research on running, and can see through the various points that can be strengthened in my self-taught jogging. Don't hesitate to add your membership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 教練Mario、Steven人都超nice，即便只有會籍，也會給6-12堂教練諮詢的內容，不吝嗇討論課表，也會給一些意見，每次來人數都不會太多，感覺就像是自己家的健身房一樣輕鬆、沒有壓力～～曾待過大型健身房，來到這裡真的喜歡上這裡的感覺！
Coaches Mario and Steven are super nice. Even if they only have membership, they will give advice to 6-12 coaches. They will not hesitate to discuss the timetable, and they will also give some opinions. The number of people who come every time is not too many. It feels like It is as easy and stress-free as your own gym~~ I have stayed in a large gym before, and I really like the feeling here when I come here!
