店家會刪負評欸? 勿刪評論! 勿刪評論! 勿刪評論! 不解決根本問題,只刪評論,真的很糟糕好嗎?? - - - - 以下純屬個人在此消費體驗,僅供參考。 文長,因體驗消費過程很難短述~ 初次到貴店消費覺得服務態度真的很好,也很親切… 詢問嬰兒奶粉問題,同個店員.. 第一次推銷A奶粉 第二次推銷B奶粉 其實這些都沒關係,我也明白價格高一點的奶粉他們比較有利潤~所以推銷我也覺得還好.. 直到發現,店員除了推銷之外,可能教育訓練還要再加強! 購買嬰兒奶粉,A店員告訴我有開罐價,辦寶寶卡就可以,我問是否有什麼限制或是其他注意事項,店員只說綁定嬰兒健保卡即可,詢問綁定健保卡要做什麼嗎?也說不出個所以然,甚至有點雞同鴨講.. 簡單來說,A店員不懂我在問什麼,也不知道寶寶卡綁定後能怎麼樣的感覺,但想想應該沒有什麼其他問題,所以當下(二月初)就申辦了! 辦完「後」才告知前三個月免扣點,三個月後扣一點才有開罐價(消費一百塊有一點),其實如果事先說好,我覺得觀感會比較好,辦完事後才說,感覺就有差了! (這點A店員堅持她有說,我也表示妳確實有告知,但是是「事後」才告知,那感覺就不一樣了好嗎?) 再來三月初去買奶粉,A店員突然告訴我,總公司公告寶寶卡格數滿了就開始要扣點了,原先的滿三個月後才需扣點的方案取消了! 當下我直接反應為什麼改了?A店員說一月初就改了,那我二月辦怎麼沒有說?直到三月初才說一月就開始了,我原先可以領到五月初,結果提前打折了! A員工還告訴我,他們有公告在櫃檯收銀機那,我說我不是你們的員工,誰會知道這張上面寫什麼意思?沒盡告知義務,責任歸咎客人? 事後有其他店員來緩頰處理,也讓我的寶寶卡這原先方案走,但…我決定不再去貴店消費了! 原因如下⋯⋯ 一週可以開兩次罐,每位店員對於開罐時間的說法都不一樣,有的說以一週第一次領的時間後推七天,有的說以一週第二次領的時間後推七天,有的說以每週一計算七天…終於前兩天我去領的時候,白跑一趟了…我回家後特地將時間畫出來,順便跟我先生討論看不看得出規律性?簡單來說看不出來! 綜合以上在貴店僅僅約一個月的消費體驗,我想我不會再去了!寧可跑遠一點去其他藥局、分店或是直接跟業務拿,甚至多花一點錢購買所需用品,也不願意去貴店消費了!

服務人員態度超差 店員那麼多 看到孕婦手上拿一堆東西找不到需要商品時不會去協助就算了 還都站在旁邊聊天。商品上的標價也都沒照當月DM更換 標示也都不清楚 真的是讓人完全不會想再去了
