Pool, jet spa, sauna, steam room, good equipment. Great water pressure.

The facility is quite new and there is a swimming pool though it's only 25 meters in length. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. I enjoy exercising here a lot.

There's lots of amenities I don't use like the group classes, cycling class, showers, pool, and sauna. There's even a boxing ring and heavy bags and ballet bars. I mainly use the weights section. You'll be greeted cordially most of the time. There's one particular front desk worker that looks like this ? all the time. I won't name her but if you frequent this gym you'll know who I'm talking about. Not the type of face you want to see when entering any business. You'll get clean, fresh, white towels...I've never gotten a dirty one ? Trainers are knowledgeable and very friendly. They all specialize in something different so there's probably one to help you reach your specific goals. The customers usually put back the dumbbells and sometimes put back the weight plates. Trainers will go around to rack the weights and wipe down equipment. The cleaning people do a good job. Always wiping and cleaning the glass and floors. I wish I can borrow them to clean my house. They seem to fix equipment problems in a reasonable amount of time. I've reported equipment problems and it gets immediate attention. This gym has lots of cardio equipment, lots of machine weights, some plate loaded machines, a good sized dumbbell area with two flat benches, two adjustable inclining benches, upright utility seat and GHD. There's only 3 places to do body weight pull-ups and only two squat racks. You'll have to wait for the rack if someone else is squatting or doing barbell rows...once in a while someone will be doing strange stretches in them. I usually ask to work in between their sets and people are ok and friendly. There are lots of blinking and flashing lights. They were distracting at first but not a big deal, just fades into the background after a while. One last minor issue is that the sink counter tops are always wet in the bathrooms. They don't appear dirty but it would be nice if it's dry so you can set things on top. It's overall a nice facility and I would recommend it. There's a wide variety of fitness activities to suit anyone's needs.

Really great gym! Lots of equipment and large! My only criticism would be that there's no steam room or jacuzzi in the male changing rooms, which is a real shame because other than that the gym is great! I really feel if they'd organized the space a bit better they could've put both those things in easily.

It's a really nice gym given that there's a swimming pool included in the monthly package. That's pretty much the only positive, and the negatives far outweigh the positives. Transportation wise, it's really cut off from the city. But more importantly, the training thing is a total scam. They will lure you into buying training sessions and keep on making you buy more, but you never get a dedicated trainer for yourself (in India, trainers continuously track your progress including nutrition, at less than half the price). You have to keep trying to find trainers to use up your sessions and barely get to do one or two classes a week at best. And YOU have to find these trainers, they won't care about you after the purchase. Gym training is meant to be the kind where the trainer keeps pulling you to the gym, it's the opposite here. It's designed for you to pay money, not to help you reach your goals.

Good environment. Plus, my personal trainer Fenny is very professional and knows how to inspire me in a language that I understand.
