★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is friendly and efficiently until you tell them that you want to terminate the membership. Apparently stalling is what they are good at, quick to charge yet slow on the refunds and non-beneficial works. Don’t get me wrong, if you are certain that you will stay put, World Gym is a great option,however, if something ever happened it’s your funeral literally.
