Pros:
1) very good facilities with sauna, hot pool, bathing and most imptly gym equipments
Cons:
1) the decor...... See it for yourself. A mix of bar lights and gym????
2) one time entry at 650 twd. Got in via trial period, do check out the monthly or yearly rates if any, might be cheaper.
